Jen Ramirez is the Sales Team Leader at Cullen & Company, where she specializes in helping families relocate to and from out-of-state with ease and confidence. As both a military spouse and mom, Jen offers a unique and personal perspective on the relocation process—one rooted in real-life experience and a deep understanding of the challenges families face during transitions.

Beyond her work in real estate, Jen is passionate about giving back and actively volunteers with empowering organizations such as Women in Trucking, Women in Manufacturing, and Women in Action.
