Although you may continue to work while you are in our program, it's designed for those looking to transition into a full time real estate career. Trainees must be available for in-person trainings on Mondays during the first 4 weeks, and available for weekly accountability check-in calls. Activities assigned during the week are to get the trainee into full time sales production at an accelerated pace.
This accelerated program is designed to help those succeed to make six figures in six months. All in-person trainings are mandatory for the 1st 4 weeks. We host this program 3 times a year. We believe in investing in the right people. That's why we're offering this training program at no charge. Qualifying individuals will be awarded a Real Estate School Scholarship.
Applications are reviewed by our staff. If you are a good fit for our program one of our staff will reach out to you via phone to interview prior to acceptance. Please take the opportunity to ask any questions you may have prior to accepting our Training Camp offer. This program is for serious candidates only.
Those who qualify for our program and are in need a real estate license education will receive a KSCORE scholarship after completion of our KW Prep modules. KSCORE grants scholarships for self-paced real estate courses through KAPLAN.
Licensed Real Estate Agents will earn commissions. Leads provided by our team to the agent will have a referral agreement with agreed upon referral splits. Trainees not yet licensed are not eligible for commissions, but are eligible for referral bonuses with a signed contract. After 4 weeks agents that have completed the program expectations and are a culture fit may be awarded team contracts.
Enrollment in the training program is not a guarantee of income. However, contracts will be offered compensation for approved candidates that complete program expectations, and exhibit our core team values. Six Figure expectation is based on annual income after agent is licensed and has closed their first transaction.
